What is the Meeting & Event Barometer?
Each year, the European Institute for the Meetings Industry (EITW) compiles the Meeting & EventBarometer – the definitive study of the German event market. In cooperation with the German Convention Bureau (GCB), the European Association of Event Centres (EVVC), and the German National Tourist Board (DZT), the study analyses both the congress and event segments.
Berlin Event & Congress Statistics
Every year, the visitBerlin Berlin Convention Office commissions a dedicated evaluation of the Meeting & EventBarometer for the Berlin market. The findings form the basis of the Berlin Event & Congress Statistics, which are published annually in early summer.
This provides both you and us with reliable data to demonstrate the importance of the MICE industry for the destination Berlin – to our stakeholders, policymakers, and the wider city community.
