New Berlin infostore opens today nearby Museumsinsel (Museum Island)

Berlin, 9 April 2010 A new Berlin infostore has just opened its doors to visitors to the German capital. It is located under the observation terrace of the Humboldt Box on Schlossplatz and is operated by Berlin Tourismus Marketing GmbH together with the Förderverein Berliner Schloss e.V. It offers visitors not only up-to-date information about Berlin coupled with various booking options but also panorama views of Museum Island and Berlin Cathedral.

Multilingual staff members provide information here daily from 10am to 6pm and help visitors to plan their individual Berlin activities. Furthermore, tourists can purchase the Berlin WelcomeCard – Berlin’s official tourist ticket, as well as book hotel rooms and tickets for events.

The new location in the Humboldt Box raises the number of Berlin infostores to a total of five.

Neues Kranzler Eck
