Berlin Meeting Campus
The idea
Event venues and conference hotels in the city are coming closer together: at various Berlin Meeting Campus locations, nearby venues collectively provide enough space for event enquiries with at least 500 participants. This joint offering of venues located close to one another gives clients more options for hosting their next business festival in Berlin.
Under the motto "Together for Berlin", we jointly promote individual venues and hotels that are geographically close together as a Berlin Meeting Campus.
Berlin Meeting Campus is a collaborative project by visitBerlin Partnerhotels e.V., Berlin Event Network e.V. (BEN), and the Berlin Convention Office of visitBerlin.
How can I participate in the Berlin Meeting Campus with my location?
- Any event venue or hotel with conference facilities can participate.
- Specific requirements for joint bidding are defined by the Berlin Convention Office of visitBerlin.
- If required, the team at visitBerlin Berlin Convention Office will assist with the joint processing of a campus enquiry and guide customers through the booking process.
How does Berlin Meeting Campus work?
A Berlin Meeting Campus brings together a range of venues and hotels in Berlin’s vibrant neighbourhoods to form a single location.
This allows event planners to submit enquiries for multiple venues as ONE event location, combining them flexibly depending on event size and format.
Partners can contribute their services in a bundled and profitable way for event sizes that would be beyond the capacity of a single venue.
The result is new event options for large-scale, flexible formats – Berlin’s capacities are tailored to market needs, and seasonal booking fluctuations become a thing of the past.

This digital planning tool gives event planners a comprehensive overview of the available spaces, capacities and services – and allows them to submit a direct enquiry for a Berlin Meeting Campus.
