Hire our event spaces at Berlin Tourist Information Centres

Are you planning a trade fair, event or reception and looking for a central location to welcome your guests or provide them with information? visitBerlin offers attractive event and presentation spaces at two of the city's most important arrival points: Berlin Central Station and BER Airport.

Take advantage of the high visibility of our Berlin Tourist Information Centres and rent a counter for your information, welcome or promotional activities – ideal for welcoming your international guests to events or conferences in Berlin.

Costs (plus VAT / day):

• Mobile counter at BER Airport: €100
• Small mobile counter, Central Station: €50
• Large mobile counter, Central Station: €100
• Fixed counter: €200

Please note: When using an electricity connection, we charge a flat-rate energy fee of 8 per cent of the total rental amount, provided that no separate room rental fee is incurred.

For a short meeting, reception or presentation, you can hire our 35 m² lounge in the Welcome Centre at BER Airport. The room can be separated and used independently of customer traffic at the Tourist Information Centre.

Facilities & technology:

• 4 standing or lounge tables
• 10 seats
• Projector for presentations
• Wi-Fi (provided by the airport)

Costs (plus VAT / day):

• Room rental lounge (35 m²): €800
• Projector: €55

Note: When using an electrical connection, a flat-rate energy charge of 8 per cent of the total rental cost will be added. Any additional technical equipment must be provided by the hirer.
