Fork & Walk
We invite you to join us for an exclusive Fork & Walk Insider Evening at our headquarters, located at 7Mares. Enjoy a curated wine tasting, perfectly paired with a delicious cheese board sourced from the neighbouring Marheineke Markthalle. We are situated in the beautiful Bergmannkiez, a beloved area of Berlin where locals still thrive, this neighborhood remains rich in history. Thanks to its proximity to the iconic Tempelhofer Feld, it was largely untouched after World War II. If time allows, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through the area, discovering a blend of culinary trends and cherished local favorites.
Crafted in Berlin
Wohlfarth Schokolade 04.03.2025 10:00 - 14:00 Uhr
A distinctive feature of Wohlfarth Schokolade is the transparency of its production. Through a glass wall, visitors can watch the chocolatier creating his chocolate delicacies. A highlight of the assortment is the record made out of chocolate, which can actually be played on a record player. Another signature product are the salty sticks—ultra-thin, hand-pulled chocolate sticks refined with 1% sea salt. This unique combination of sweet and salty creates a special taste experience that has already delighted many customers.
Mampe Spirituosen 04.03.2025 14:00 - 18:00 Uhr

The transparent production process allows visitors to follow every step of the manufacturing process. For those interested, Mampe offers various events that provide an in-depth look into the world of spirits, such as a 90-minute journey through the brand’s history, combined with a tasting of selected products. In 1924 Mampe sponsored two elephants at the Berlin Zoo named after the founder Carl Mampe.

Kreuzbär 05.03.2025 14:00 - 18:00 Uhr
Inspired by the vibrant energy of the city and its pub and culinary culture, Kreuzbär brings a delicious Fassbrause (barrel soda) to the market. Over 100 years ago, a chemist who didn’t want his young son to drink beer, invented Fassbrause. To create an alternative, he mixed a lemonade made from malt, herbs, licorice, apple and lemon juice. Kreuzbär is working on bringing it back as a part of Berlin’s culture. Few beverages are as connected to Berlin as Fassbrause. To the original ingredients of the past, they have now added caffeine bringing this classic drink into the 21st century.
