BER airport opens up new perspectives for Berlin

  • "Berlin Brandenburg WelcomeCenter" from visitBerlin opens on 1 November

Berlin, 31 October 2020 Today the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport "Willy Brandt", BER, opens its doors. The modern airport will connect the German capital with all major hubs in Europe. With an initial capacity of around 40 million passengers per year, Berlin will benefit greatly from the BER after the corona crisis.

"Berlin Brandenburg WelcomeCenter" opens on 1 November

From 1 November, the multilingual team of the "Berlin Brandenburg WelcomeCenter" will support all guests in planning their activities in the capital region, including hotel and ticket bookings as well as sightseeing and event tips. The "Berlin Brandenburg WelcomeCenter" is located in Terminal 1 on Level 0 in the public area. It is open daily from 9:00 to 16:00.
