Berlin, 29 November 2010 The German capital presents itself at EIBTM in Barcelona. Around 14,000 trade visitors are expected at the leading global exhibition for conventions, meetings and incentives from 30 November to 2 December. On the Germany stand the Berlin Convention Office (BCO) of visitBerlin presents the event metropolis Berlin.

visitBerlin CEO Burkhard Kieker: “The offerings of the German capital for meeting and convention customers are unrivalled: more than 1,000 incentive ideas, some 2,600 trend locations and 117,000 hotel beds are available, and we are looking forward to present this diversity at EIBTM.”

Overall, 19 Berlin-based sub-exhibitors are represented on the Germany stand. They include convention centers, hotels as well as incoming and incentive organizers. BCO sets up a Silent Clubbing area on Stand K-100-01. It is intended as a foretaste of the club metropolis Berlin. Via earphones visitors can enjoy the “real Sound of Berlin” of Berlin’s DJ Chris Becker.
