Pergamon Panorama in Berlin: a spectacular journey through time
Berlin, 29 September 2011 The exhibition “Pergamon. Panorama of the Ancient City” will be inaugurated tomorrow. On a 25 x 10 meter panorama the ancient Greece is to be virtually revived in the cour d’honneur of the Pergamon Museum – including day and night simulation, music and everyday sounds. In addition, excavation finds never exhibited before will be shown by the Museum until September 2012.
2 x 360°: Ancient Pergamon and modern Berlin
On the occasion of the exhibition visitBerlin now offers visitors to the German capital a new package. The included time window ticket for the exhibition saves long waiting times in front of the Museum. The package also encompasses two overnight stays with breakfast, a ticket for the Berlin television tower with a free drink at the Panorama Bar and the Berlin WelcomeCard for a total price of EUR 159 per person in a double room (EUR 239 per person in a single room).
