Conditions
In the conference hotels and locations sector, per entry:
- €1,500 plus VAT for conference hotels
- €1,060 plus VAT for locations
In the service partner sector, one entry only:
- €530 plus VAT
In the incentives provider sector, one time per provider:
- €175 plus VAT
For members of visitBerlinPartner Hotels, Members of the Berlin Event Network e.V. (BEN) and MEET+CHANGE locations is the entry is free of charge.
The entry is placed for 12 months from the time of activation and this period automatically extends for another 12-month period unless notice is given in writing at least three full months before the end of the contractual period.

Book a 360° panorama tour with our partner nexpics and show yourself from your best side! Included in your Meeting Guide entry, event planners get an impression of your meeting and event areas with just a few clicks.
